  • How Foamma USA Got Started

    Foamma USA grew out of a simple idea: people shouldn’t have to “make do” with whatever standard mattress sizes big brands decide to offer. RV owners, truckers, campers, boat owners, families with unique bed frames — all of them were cutting corners (literally) to make mass-produced mattresses fit their lives.
    We started in Southern California focusing on custom-cut foam for these “non-standard” spaces. Over time, the demand for truly custom mattresses and cushions grew. That’s when Foamma USA took shape as it is today: a dedicated in-house fabrication shop building made-to-order mattresses, toppers, and cushions for homes, RVs, vans, trucks, campers, futons, and more.
    From day one, we’ve believed that quality sleep and quality work both matter. That belief still guides everything we do.
