Whether you are completely refilling a zippered mattress cover or adding a fresh comfort layer, our high-quality foam is designed for lasting support and durability.

  • CUSTOMIZABLE DIMENSIONS: Available in thicknesses from 2 to 12 inches, widths from 18 to 84 inches, and lengths from 48 to 96 inches (all in 1-inch increments). Note: Slight size discrepancies (0.25 to 3 inches) may occur, and raw foam color may vary.

  • FIRMNESS LEVELS: Select your ideal base support level: choose Plush for an ultra-soft, cloud-like feel, Mid Firm (1.8 density, 35LB) for balanced comfort, or Firm (1.8 density, 46LB) for maximum support.

  • OPTIONAL GEL MEMORY FOAM ADD-ON: To elevate your comfort, you can add an optional layer of soft gel memory foam (available in 1, 2, or 3-inch thicknesses). It relieves pressure points, conforms to your body’s curves, and feels cooler to the touch to help regulate your temperature throughout the night. Please allow up to 72 hours for the foam to fully expand after unpacking.
